By accessing or using the Burj application and its associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions without exception. Burj reserves the full right to modify, update, or revise these terms at any time at its sole discretion. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes implied acceptance of the updated terms. Any material changes will be communicated via the app or official communication channels. The services provided through Burj are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The company makes no express or implied warranties regarding the performance, quality, or fitness of the service for your particular expectations. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the information they provide, and Burj shall not be liable for any damages resulting from inaccurate or outdated information. All payments are to be made in advance. All paid amounts are final and non-refundable once service execution has begun, except in the event of a proven technical issue originating from Burj's side—such as a fault in the eSIM. In such cases, the customer may be eligible for a refund. If the user chooses not to utilize a purchased service, refund requests will not be entertained. Burj holds no liability for incorrect or mismatched payments. It is the user's responsibility to confirm all order details and payment amounts prior to finalizing the transaction. Burj shall not be held liable for any financial, commercial, or moral damages arising from the use of the service. In any and all cases, the maximum compensation that may be claimed by a user is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. Burj is not liable for any delays or service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters or widespread internet or communication outages. In the case of any inconsistency between terms presented via the app or other sources, the version published within the application shall be considered the official and legally binding version. Use of the service does not create any employment, partnership, agency, or legal representation relationship between the user and Burj. No individual is authorized to act on behalf of the company without express written authorization. Users are required to use Burj services strictly for lawful purposes and in full compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Burj reserves the right to request user identification or documentation at any time for regulatory or security purposes. Failure to cooperate may result in immediate suspension or termination of service. Users must be 18 years of age or older, or possess legal guardian approval if underage. Burj retains the right to suspend or terminate any account or service immediately, without compensation, if any violation of these terms, abuse, or misuse of the application is detected. All Burj eSIM packages are valid for one-time use only and are considered void if not used before the expiration period. Any unauthorized access, tampering, or manipulation of the service or its content is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action. Any attempt to circumvent or violate these terms, or use the service in a way that evades system limitations, constitutes a direct breach and grants Burj the right to initiate legal proceedings without delay. We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. Customer information will not be shared with any third party except as required by law or necessary for the proper execution of the service. In the event of discrepancies between the Arabic version of these terms and any translated version, the Arabic version shall prevail as the official legal reference. All intellectual property rights, content, materials, and services offered through the Burj app are the exclusive property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. The resale, redistribution, or reproduction of any part of the service without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited. The name "Burj," its logo, and associated branding elements are registered trademarks and may not be used or imitated in any product, service, or marketing material without prior written consent. If a dispute arises and no amicable resolution is reached within a reasonable timeframe, the matter will be referred to the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with applicable regulations. Publishing any defamatory content or baseless accusations against Burj is strictly prohibited. The company reserves the right to take legal action against any such acts that harm its reputation or services without legitimate cause. Should a user initiate a chargeback or financial dispute with a payment provider without valid legal grounds, Burj reserves the right to immediately suspend access to services and take legal action to recover amounts due and seek compensation for any incurred damages. Unauthorized competitive use of Burj's services—including but not limited to reverse engineering, copying, reproduction, or development of similar solutions—is strictly forbidden. The company will pursue legal action and compensation against any individual or entity found in violation of this clause. Publishing malicious or defamatory reviews or ratings with the intent to damage the company's reputation is prohibited and may result in legal action. Burj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services or pricing without prior notice and at its sole discretion, as deemed necessary for operational efficiency or market conditions. Failure by the company to exercise or enforce any right under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such rights. By using Burj services, you explicitly acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any unauthorized or illegal usage. The company is fully exempt from any resulting legal or financial liabilities.
