Install it on Wi-Fi before you travel, from the Burj app or by scanning the QR code on your order page. When you arrive, turn on the Burj line for mobile data and turn on data roaming for it.

No. Burj eSIMs are data only. Your regular SIM and number stay on your phone, so you can keep receiving calls and SMS on it.
